Darwin Lions Beer Can Regatta Sunday 22nd July 2018

The combined Lions Clubs of the Top End are well advanced in the planning for the 2018 Darwin Lions Beer Can Regatta.

The event will be on Sunday 22nd July 2018 at Mindil Beach Reserve, with events all day, starting at 10am, and running through until about 5:30pm.

The Mindil Beach Sunset Markets have been invited to come along, and they will also be trading from 10am but going though until 9pm.

The area has a licensed bar from 10am to 6pm so BYO alcohol is not permitted until 4pm. The licence prohibits alcohol being taken in to (or out of) the area between 10am and 4pm.

Build your boat from any empty drink containers and join the mayhem. Truly an incredible day that should be on everyone's bucket list.
